Beautifully Rendered… Good Documentation
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This deck is truly a joy! The imagery is spiritual, beautiful and visually well adapted to both new and experienced tarot readers. The non-traditional representations of several cards MAY be confusing to those not familiar with Wicca or Druidic entities but once you read the documentation the interpretations make perfect sense.

For those who care about such things, several cards present their concepts using nudity but I recently purchased a deck which has much more gratuitous and unimaginative nakedness!

The book which accompanies the deck is clearly illustrated (sepia rather than full color as the deck is) and the information is presented in an easy to absorb format. The author chose to present the minor arcana first and rather than presenting the information by suit, the courts are grouped by type and pips are grouped by number. The relationships between the major arcana are well explained as well.

The courts represent two entities as male (king-mature and prince-immature) and two as female (queen-mature and princess-immature). Perhaps this is non traditional but the concept touched me as being more in tune with nature.

The illustrations of these cards are simply beautiful. The deck is wonderfully balanced for those who do not use reverse cards (like myself). I really love this deck and use it often.

I agree with others that the cards are a bit large and hard to work with. I find the pictures easy to connect with. Compared to other decks I own this one makes for an interesting ‘picture’ for the client/person you are reading for. There is hidden detail in each card that helps to tie the story of the reading together. It has been a wonderful purchase, I just can’t shuffle them as I normally do.

Wonderful Deck
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This is a beautiful deck, with amazing and beautiful images. The accompanying book is totally excellent as well. My only problem with this deck is the size of the crads, way to big for standard shuffling. But overall a great deck for tarot reading and colletion.

Beautiful
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
The cards are big, good quality, and not flimsy at all. The artwork is gorgeous, I cannot say enough good things about it. Just looking at the cards gave me a sense of familiarity I have not felt with any other tarot deck I have seen. The book is beautifully designed and put together well, with thorough explanations that are well-comprehended. DO NOT buy this anywhere else but amazon. The retail places will charge you double for it.

This is incredible value for what you get. If you are thinking of buying this, you’re making a good decision and you will be very happy with it.

The only minor flaw I found, and it is so minor, is that the cards do not shuffle smoothly because they are big for my hands.

I am now a fan of the author, and I look forward to reading more of his books.

Beautiful deck with a pagan sensibility
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
There are to me 2 major issues with this deck that kinda killed my enthusiasm:

1: the cards are uncomfortably large (for me), compared to most decks

2:They are printed on cheap, lightweight stock which makes for difficult shuffling and will most assuredly effect the decks longevity

:/

With thay being said,I still give the Druid Craft Tarot a 4 star rating as they can be a good learning tool for those walking the druid path

love this deck!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
As one who loves the large, oversized cards, this deck is definitely for me! There are two items in the package: book and deck. In the book there are explanations about major and minor arcanos in up right and reverse positions, with key words and 7 spreads in the end of the book. The book size is 15.5 x 24 cm. Quality of paper is good. It’s difficult to shuffle the cards not just because of their size 9×14 cm but also because of the cards, they are too thin for me, only one solution is laminating them. Back of the cards can easily get dirty. The illustrations are gorgeous! There are a lot of from druids : clothes, jewelry but you’ll recognize the good, old RW. Palette of colors has many earth tones – green, brown, grey, yellow. My favorite card is 4 of cups.

I love this deck so much!

celtic tradition tarot cards
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I like these cards and the book that comes with them, but the cards are very large and unweilding. The lessons at the front of the book is very informative. The prince and princess cards are a nice change in the minor arcana court cards.

Beautiful deck
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This deck was purchased for my husband as a gift. He has been looking for a deck that connects with his “druid” spirit.

The deck is beautiful and very colorful. It is well thought out and he made an instant connection to the deck. After several “readings” both he and the deck seem to “communicate” very well.

Anyone who loves the outdoors, working with nature, gardens, loves trees etc will enjoy this deck.

This is one of the decks I use regularly. The imagery is sensible and the book descriptions are helpful. A good set for practical insight.

Being a feminist, I still can connect with this card
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Like I said, I considered myself a feminist, because I cannot connect with the rider cards and its variant. The only cards I can connect to before this one is only Babara Walker Tarot and Spiral Tarot, Celestial Tarot. See? They are all “feminized” in some way like very intuitional and free style since besides thoth and rider and classic, other tarot create their own style. I just hate the rigidity of Rider Waite, its variant are so much on the market I have to avoid like Robin Wood (but my sister connect strongly with it tho), Tarot of a Moon Garden, Halloween Tarot…..

Before buying this tarot, I am forewarned by some reviewers here that it is a deck of masculine cards. By “masculinity” I relate it with Rider and I have struggled so long before giving it a try. Nonono. This is wonderfully not that case. The image is vivid and the pagan origin gives a total break from Rider. I am so happy that I bought this finally. After several readings with it, I find it accurate, and offer an interesting perspective personally to me. Since the picture is drawn on domestic daily activities, it’s easy to see yourself as the person in the card and apply the meaning to your life area is never so easy for me (Perhaps I should have thought of buying the Pagan Tarot also). Easy to read, large cards with friendly image talking to you, no wonder it is on the top list for so long.

Another minor I have to complain is I hope the cards can have its own package. I have to personally made a new home for them. A bit inconvenience. But with great cards like this, I wouldn’t mind.
